Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Klar. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

If you are under 18 and struggling with substance use, please speak to a trusted adult, parent, guardian, or healthcare provider.

App Purpose

Klar is a wellness and self-tracking tool designed to support your cannabis cessation journey. The App provides:

• •Sobriety tracking and streak counting
• •Daily check-ins and progress monitoring
• •Educational content about withdrawal symptoms
• •Journaling and reflection tools
• •Motivational support features

User Account

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• •All activities that occur under your account
• •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.

Subscriptions & Payments

Klar offers optional premium subscriptions ("Klar Pro") with additional features. By subscribing, you agree to:

• •Pay the subscription fee at the selected interval (monthly or annually)
• •Automatic renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• •Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• •Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• •Submit false or misleading information
• •Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by Klar and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLAR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
